We stayed in this apartment in January 2011.
The apartment is very well located, with everything we wanted to see in Jerusalem (Old City, Museums, etc) within walking distance. There were three supermarkets within an easy walk, which made cooking easy.
Because we were not kosher, the kitchen was not very well equipped for us, with many of the pots and pans and saucepans off limits to us.

The living space was large, and very comfortable, with a fast internet connection. The bathroom wasn’t up to the standard of the rest of the flat, nothing wrong with it, but its quite old. We very much appreciated the washing machine and dryer, having just spent a week in hotels.
Yisrael was very helpful, coming and fixing a light for us when needed, and finding extra (non kosher) kitchen equipment when we needed it, and helping us with taxis at the beginning and end  of the trip.
I would definitely recommend this apartment, but the kitchen and bathroom are the reason for the four rather than five stars. I understand the owners are about to renovate these, which will make a difference.
